Which means Jenna, now living in Washington, D.C., will need to abandon her comfortable life for recruitment into the only organization that can help her - the CIA. Across the world in Pyongyang, North Korea, Colonel Cho has been assigned the task of of traveling to new York City to negotiate with the United States. But as he prepares for his journey, Cho makes a terrifying discovery, one that will brand him a traitor if it ever comes to light. As the secret police close in, Cho conceives of an impossibly dangerous plan for escape. And far to the north, near the Chinese border, Mrs. Moon finds a balloon carrying a contraband from the West. Rather than turn it over to authorities, she embarks on a bold and risky venture to become a black-market trader. Success will mean a better life than she has ever known. Failure will mean her death.
